Science Festival 2025
The Tamil Nadu Science and Technology Centre (TNSTC), in collaboration with the Russian State Corporation ROSATOM and the Russian Centre of Science and Culture, organized Science Festival 2025 on Monday, 01 December 2025. The event was conducted at two venues, namely the Periyar Science and Technology Centre, Chennai, and the Russian Centre of Science and Culture, Chennai.
The festival was organized with the objective of motivating school students towards science and technology, identifying young scientific talents, and encouraging creativity and innovation among budding scientists. The programme featured a variety of competitions such as science quizzes, model presentations, innovative project displays, and other science-based activities.
A total of 28 students from our school actively participated in the festival. The students showcased their scientific knowledge, creativity, and problem-solving skills with great enthusiasm and confidence. Their dedicated efforts and guidance from teachers resulted in remarkable achievements, as the students won several prizes in different competitions.
The participation in Science Festival 2025 proved to be a valuable learning experience for the students. It enhanced their scientific temperament, boosted their confidence, and exposed them to a wider platform of innovation and collaboration. The event was both educational and inspiring, leaving a lasting impact on the young participants and motivating them to pursue excellence in science and technology.
