The student’s of class VI of “The Hindu Senior Secondary School, Indira Nagar”, departed on an educational field trip to the Chennai Rail Museum located near the ICF Furnishing Division, Chennai. This field trip was aimed to bridge the classroom learning of the students with practical knowledge by exploring the rich cultural history of the Indian Railways, their milestones and their technological education which expanded from 19^th century steam engines to modern-high speed coaches.
